This website is operated by MISTAVIZOR ("we", "us" or "our"). By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to copy, scrape or resell any part of it without our written permission.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know straight away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, and product packaging may change from time to time. Results described on our website reflect typical use and may vary depending on the fabric, surface and type of odour.

Please follow the instructions supplied with your MISTAVIZOR, keep it out of reach of children, and only use genuine MISTAVIZOR enzyme refills in the device.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in your local currency where available and are converted from our base currency at current exchange rates. The final amount, including shipping and any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay. Your bank or card provider may apply its own conversion or international transaction fees.

We reserve the right to change prices, offers and promotions at any time. Promotional discounts and free gifts are available while stocks last and can't be exchanged for cash.

6. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

7. Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery times, shipping costs and what happens if a parcel is lost or damaged are explained in our Shipping Policy. Our 30-day money-back guarantee, lifetime warranty and refund process are explained in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the MISTAVIZOR name, logo, product images, videos and text, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers. We don't store your full card details. Any links to third-party websites are provided for convenience, and we're not responsible for their content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and changes apply from the date they're published.
